President’s letter to customers and partners

As you may have seen, Munters, our current owners, announced that it is exploring a potential new ownership for FoodTech and its commercial brand Speria. No decisions have been made, and the process is still at an early stage.

For you, it is business as usual. Speria, with the strong product brands AEI, Hotraco, MTech Systems, InoBram, Rotem and Optifarm continue to operate as part of Munters, and your contacts, products, services, support teams, and commercial agreements remain unchanged.

This reflects the strong business we have built together over many years. With the base in its strong product brands, Speria is already a global leader supporting mission-critical operations across the food supply chain. We help food producers and integrators improve efficiency, build predictability and enable productivity through an integrated platform offering that brings together technology, software and expert services.

As the business has grown, our customer base, business model and product portfolio have become increasingly distinct from the rest of Munters. FoodTech and Speria has reached a scale and maturity where a dedicated owner is best placed to support our continued investment and long-term growth agenda, enabling us to realize our full potential.

This is not a change in our strategy or mission. We remain focused on helping you build predictability, enable productivity and improve efficiency through connected technology, software and expert services.

Most importantly, our commitment to you remains unchanged. We will continue supporting your operations, delivering on our commitments, and working alongside you as a trusted long-term partner.
